September is a hectic, demanding month. As we adjust to more rigid routines with the onset of school and our overloaded Fall calendars, we tend to focus on getting the job done first.
Incorporating fun into our full agenda becomes a challenge we easily eliminate. The irony is that these busy, stressful times are precisely when a dose of fun could benefit us the most.
