Pick up the phone, and ask the sender for their help, “I seem to be having some problems receiving my e-mail lately. I can’t seem to locate the information you sent to me last week. Would you mind resending that information today?”
Don’t be surprised if this is the response you hear, “The problem is not with your e-mail. I haven’t sent you that information yet. I will make sure you receive it immediately.”
